## About Quo with LuumenAI

Connect Quo and your on-call work gets the phone side of the story. Luumen reads calls, voicemails, transcripts, messages, contacts, and tasks to answer questions right away. When something has to change — a text to a vendor, a task assigned, a conversation marked done — it shows the exact action first and waits for your approval. Authentication is by API key.

## Example tools

Read-only (20 in total):

- `QUO_GET_CALL` — Get one call and its routing, participants, status, and timing details by ID.
- `QUO_GET_CALL_VOICEMAIL` — Get voicemail processing status, transcript, duration, and recording URL for a Quo call.
- `QUO_GET_CONTACT` — Get one contact with default and custom fields by Quo contact ID.
- `QUO_GET_MESSAGE` — Get one message by Quo message ID, including its content, related IDs, participants, delivery status, and timestamps.

- `QUO_GET_WEBHOOK` — Get one unified Quo webhook by its numeric ID.

Write and destructive (16 in total, approval required by default):

- `QUO_CREATE_TASK` — Create a task linked to exactly one phone number, conversation, or activity.
- `QUO_CREATE_WEBHOOK` — Create one unified webhook subscription for selected Quo events and return its signing secret, which must be stored securely.
- `QUO_DELETE_CONTACT` — Permanently delete one Quo contact by ID.
- `QUO_DELETE_TASK` — Permanently delete one Quo task by ID.
- `QUO_DELETE_WEBHOOK` — Permanently delete one unified Quo webhook and revoke its signing secret.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does LuumenAI connect to Quo?

Authorize once with API token. Luumen lists the scopes each action needs before you approve the connection, and credentials never appear in the chat.

### Can LuumenAI change things in Quo on its own?

Read actions answer immediately. Anything that writes is shown as a plan and requires approval by default, including the 5 actions classified as destructive. Administrators configure that per tool.

### Is there an audit trail?

Every call to Quo — read or write, approved or declined — is recorded with the actor, the input, and the result.
