## About Onedesk with LuumenAI

Connect OneDesk with an API key and Luumen can read the queue the way your team does: tickets, issues, tasks, requirements, feedback, comments, and attachments. Ask what a ticket says or what changed on a task and you get an answer right away. Changes, like logging time against a work item or deleting a comment, are previewed and sent for approval first.

### How does LuumenAI connect to Onedesk?

Authorize once with API token. Luumen lists the scopes each action needs before you approve the connection, and credentials never appear in the chat.

Read actions answer immediately. Anything that writes is shown as a plan and requires approval by default, including the 9 actions classified as destructive. Administrators configure that per tool.

### Is there an audit trail?

Every call to Onedesk — read or write, approved or declined — is recorded with the actor, the input, and the result.
