Heyy runs your customer conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger and Instagram. Connected to Luumen, the agent reads your channels, automations, message templates, contact attributes and webhooks on request. Changes — a new webhook, label, attribute or contact — are previewed first and wait for your approval before they run.
