## About FuseDesk with LuumenAI

Connect FuseDesk and Luumen can read your support queue the way a lead would: open cases and their full history, email bodies, chat transcripts, department settings, rep profiles, and tag counts. Reads come back right away. Changes — reassignment, notes, tags, snoozes, replies — are previewed and sent for approval first. Luumen authenticates with an API key.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does LuumenAI connect to FuseDesk?

Authorize once with API token. Luumen lists the scopes each action needs before you approve the connection, and credentials never appear in the chat.

### Can LuumenAI change things in FuseDesk on its own?

Read actions answer immediately. Anything that writes is shown as a plan and requires approval by default, including the 3 actions classified as destructive. Administrators configure that per tool.

### Is there an audit trail?

Every call to FuseDesk — read or write, approved or declined — is recorded with the actor, the input, and the result.
