## About Fireflies with LuumenAI

Fireflies records and transcribes your calls. Connect it with an API key and Luumen can read those transcripts from the terminal: pull the incident review from Tuesday, list who attended, check the topics a call covered. When you want a clip cut, a title fixed, or a meeting's privacy changed, Luumen shows the change first and waits for your approval.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does LuumenAI connect to Fireflies?

Authorize once with API token. Luumen lists the scopes each action needs before you approve the connection, and credentials never appear in the chat.

### Can LuumenAI change things in Fireflies on its own?

Read actions answer immediately. Anything that writes is shown as a plan and requires approval by default, including the 1 action classified as destructive. Administrators configure that per tool.

### Is there an audit trail?

Every call to Fireflies — read or write, approved or declined — is recorded with the actor, the input, and the result.
