Connect Chatforma and Luumen can see your bots, their segments, their users, and the messages already exchanged in a dialog. Ask who is in a segment or what a user was last told, and the answer comes back right away. Sending a message or dispatching to a segment is previewed first and waits for your approval before it goes out.
